If you love animals this camp is for you!! How do handwork and animals mix together you ask? Well in this camp we will lovingly craft handmade treats, toys and treasures to show your favorite pets and the friendly neighborhood creatures just how much you love them! From homemade dog treats to handsewn ribbon sticks or cat toys with just a pinch of cat nip and tasty bird feeders! We will also make some animal art and have some visits from the Handwork House kitties!
Even if you don't have a cat or a dog at home but just LOVE animals that's OK! We will donate and deliver some of our wonderful treats and other supplies we have created and collected to ORCA at the end of our week together!
10% of all camp tuition for this camp will also go to ORCA!
Each Camp includes one vegan snack and all materials!

Allergy Warning: Handwork House is also home to five loveable rescue cats.
Handwork House Summer Camps offer a unique experience for children to learn useful skills they can build on for the rest of their lives. We keep our camp sizes small which allows for more in-depth learning. Our workshop is located in Lancaster's Chestnut Hill neighborhood in a charming, colorful and cozy space that offers endless opportunities for creativity.
About the staff: Sarah Ulrich brings 20 years of fiber art experience and a passion for education and conservation to each lesson. A teen camp assistant will also be available to assist during larger camp sessions.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund (100%) available with cancellation up 30 days from the start date of your camp. A partial refund (75%) in the form of camp/class credit is available with cancellation up to fourteen days from camp start date. A partial refund (50%) in the form of class/camp credit is available with cancellation seven or less days prior to camp start date. Exchanging camps is possible depending on availability.
