Is there anything that is more comforting to a child that a stuffed animal? Unfortunately, most stuffy's are made from synthetic materials that are not great for our kids or the planet. Our week of Stuffy Designer Camp allows your child to be creative as we work to make several small stuffed toys using all-natural and biodegradable materials and your child's own ideas and sketches! We will also learn lots of useful hand-sewing skills to boot!
 
Each camp includes one vegan snack and all materials!

Handwork House Summer Camps offer a unique experience for children to learn useful skills they can build on for the rest of their lives. We keep our camp sizes small which allows for more in-depth learning. Our workshop is located in Lancaster's Chestnut Hill neighborhood in a charming, colorful and cozy space that offers endless opportunities for creativity.
 
About the staff: Sarah Ulrich brings 20 years of fiber art experience and a passion for education and conservation to each lesson. A teen camp assistant will also be available to assist during larger camp sessions.
 
Cancellation Policy: Full refund (100%) available with cancellation up 30 days from the start date of your camp. A partial refund (75%) in the form of camp/class credit is available with cancellation up to fourteen days from camp start date.  A partial refund (50%) in the form of class/camp credit is available with cancellation  seven or less days prior to camp start date.  Exchanging camps is possible depending on availability.
